Defendants-appellants Kenneth Warner, Sr., and Mary Warner (Warners) appeal from a judgment of foreclosure entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Riddell National Bank (Bank).

We affirm.

The Warners and their son, Kenneth Warner, Jr. (Junior), were partners in a farming operation. On several occasions, Junior obtained loans from the Bank to cover the expenses of the farming partnership. The loans were evidenced by a promissory note...
