Plaintiff, an Arizona state prisoner, appeals from an order of the district court dismissing his pro se Federal Tort Claims action for want of prosecution pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b). We reverse.

The events which give rise to this case occurred while plaintiff Richard Sisk, who since the commencement of this action has been incarcerated in the state prison at Florence, Arizona, was temporarily confined in the federal penitentiary...
