This cause comes on to be heard on the motion of the Morrison defendants for JNOV or for new trial as to the finding of age discrimination.

There is no chore this court has which is more difficult than determining when an ADEA case is appropriate for jury resolution. By comparison, the resolution of race and sex discrimination cases is easy because if the issue of whether a case which survives a Rule 41...
