This appeal is from the March 15, 1984, final judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, entered on a jury verdict, finding that Lang Tools, Inc. (Lang Tools), infringed Power Lift, Inc.'s (Power Lift) U.S. patent No. 4,305,467 ('467) entitled "Blow-out Preventer Lift System and Method," issued to Douglas F. Villines' assignor, Power Lift, and that Wendell Lang (Lang) actively induced Lang Tools infringement...
