Hazel Johnson appeals from a judgment committing her to San Antonio State Hospital for observation and/or treatment for a period not to exceed ninety days, pursuant to TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 5547-50 (Vernon Supp.1985).1 Trial was by jury.
