This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida limiting defendants, D'Amico and Harrington & Co., Inc., liability to $500 per carton under the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, 46 U.S.C. § 1304(5), as incorporated into D'Amico's bill of lading.
