PER CURIAM.

This is an original mandamus proceeding arising out of a suit filed by Relators against Temple-Eastex, Inc. and Leroy Criswell ("Defendants"). In that negligence action, Relators seek actual and punitive damages for injuries resulting from a collision between the automobile occupied by Relators Felicia Lynette McKuen and Annie Pearl Terry and a Temple-Eastex truck driven by Criswell.
