This appeal is before this court on certification from the court of appeals, pursuant to sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats.,1 and is from an order of the circuit court for Kenosha county, Earl D. Morton, circuit judge, granting a motion to dismiss Rural Mutual Insurance Company (Rural) from this action pursuant to a "Loy Release/Covenant Not To Sue" executed by the plaintiffs. We affirm the order of the circuit court.
