SEERDEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment.

Appellants brought suit for damages which they allege resulted from the wrongful injury and death of their newborn child as well as for the personal injuries allegedly inflicted upon Kathleen Church during her pregnancy with such child.
