WILLIAMS, Judge.

Defendant appeals a trial court judgment ordering specific performance of a contract to sell an oyster boat and to assign leases of oyster beds to plaintiff. We amend and affirm.

On June 27 and 28, 1981, an advertisement placed by defendant, Van M. Robin, appeared in the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reading "[f]orty-five foot oyster lugger top shape, GM671, two to one, 368 acres of bedding ground, asking $25,000, 682-7156." Plaintiff, Anthony...
