CIACCIO, Judge.

Defendant, Toni H. Johnson, was charged as a codefendant, with James E. Smith, with the crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (pentazocine). R.S. 40:967. She was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged.1 She was sentenced to serve two (2) years in the Department of Corrections, the sentence was suspended and she was placed on two (2) years active probation.
