The Secretary of Labor has brought this lawsuit claiming that two employment agencies located in Montgomery, Alabama and those responsible for the operation of the agencies are subject to and have violated the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219. Based upon the evidence presented at a nonjury trial, the court concludes that the Secretary's claim has merit and warrants...
