Robert J. Newman appeals a judgment dismissing his suit for breach of contract. He alleges that defendants, Shawn Stevens Carey and her husband, R.F. Carey, agreed to sell a 1978 Ferrari 308 GTS to him for $32,500.00 on March 9, 1981 and that they refused to deliver the vehicle, instead selling it to someone else.
