BARROW, Judge.

This is an appeal of a custody award in a final decree of divorce. The appellant, Earl David Brinkley (husband), and the appellee, Catherine Carr Brinkley (wife), were divorced on the ground of the wife's adultery, and she was awarded custody of their eight year old son. The husband argues that he should have been awarded custody because of the wife's adultery; however, we conclude that the trial court did not err.
