This is a direct appeal from a jury conviction for unlawful use of a weapon, in violation of § 571.030.1(1), RSMo Supp.1984. The judgment is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part.

Appellant presents two points, which in summary charge that the trial court (1) erred in restricting appellant's counsel during closing argument and by commenting to the jury that the substance of counsel's argument should be ignored...
