In a jury-waived trial defendant was found guilty of unlawful possession of amphetamines and marijuana in excess of 35 grams. After a pre-sentence investigation he was sentenced to concurrent terms of one year imprisonment and execution of sentence was suspended. On appeal his sole point is the failure of the state to prove that he had knowing possession of the marcotics.
