By this appeal, defendant raises assignments of error relating to the denial of his pre-trial motion for additional psychiatric evaluation, the trial court's determination that he was competent to proceed to trial, the admission of testimony by the State's psychiatric expert, the refusal of the trial court to submit to the jury the issue of defendant's insanity and to the sentence imposed. We find no prejudicial error in any aspect of the defendant...
