This is an admiralty and maritime claim arising out of an incident in which the World Texas, a cargo vessel, sustained extensive damage on leaving the Port of Philadelphia. McAllister Brothers, Inc., a corporation which supplied tugboat services for the World Texas, filed this Limitation of Liability action under 46 U.S.C. § 183 to exonerate itself from liability; there is jurisdiction...
