SNYDER, Judge.

A jury convicted appellant of murder in the second degree, § 565.004 RSMo.1978. He was sentenced to imprisonment for ten years in the custody of the Department of Corrections. The judgment is affirmed.

Appellant charges the trial court erred in: (1) overruling appellant's motion to suppress his oral and written statements; (2) giving Instruction No. 11, the second degree murder verdict director...
