This action was brought to recover the value of stolen band instruments. The appellees are all members of a musical group known as Backstreets Band. On March 18, 1981, the band entered into an engagement contract with Rambend Realty Corp. (Rambend) which operates a Ramada Inn at South Bend, Indiana.
