OPINION
WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiff's complaint in response to a motion for judgment on the pleadings filed pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure.
