Appellant's license to operate a motor vehicle was revoked because she refused a chemical test for the alcoholic content of her blood. She requested a hearing under § 577.041.2, RSMo Supp.1984.* Following the hearing the trial court found that the revocation was proper and denied appellant's petition for relief.
