This case is now before this Court on several motions filed by defendant. First, defendant moved to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. Second, defendant moved to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on two (2) grounds: 1) a forum selection clause in an agreement between plaintiffs and defendant; 2) the doctrine of forum non conveniens....
