OPINION

SPRINGER, Justice:

This is an appeal from an order granting a motion to suppress evidence in a criminal case. Respondent has moved to dismiss this appeal on the ground that appellant did not properly invoke the jurisdiction of this court under NRS 177.015(2). The motion is granted.
