The three captioned defendants move pursuant to the Bail Reform Act of 1984 for revocation or amendment of a magistrate's detention order. 18 U.S.C. § 3145(b). The three movants are two men, Hassan Abdul Kader Maktabi and Hassan Said Maktabi; and a woman, Rabiha Kabakibo.
