James R. White, d/b/a Blue Wave Oyster Company, and his insurer, Merit Insurance Company, appeal a judgment based upon a jury verdict in favor of Walter Faust, Jr., for $100,000.00 in damages sustained in an automobile collision. The defendants contend that Faust failed to prove that all of his injuries were caused by the accident and further that the amount awarded in the Trial Court judgment was excessive...
