Industrial Salvage, Inc. (defendant), was charged with operating an overweight truck in violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 95 1/2, par. 15-111(b).) The trial court granted defendant's motion to suppress evidence. The People have appealed from the order suppressing evidence. We affirm.
