Defendant was charged and convicted by a jury under a multiple count indictment. The court found him to be a prior offender and sentenced him as follows: Count I, life imprisonment for felony forcible rape; Count II, III and IV, concurrent sentences of seventy-five years for felony forcible rape; Count V, a concurrent sentence of fifteen years for felony forcible rape; Count VI, fifteen years for kidnapping, to be served consecutive to the sentences...
