This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Auglaize County wherein that court, in an action for declaratory judgment, declared that the Board of Hospital Governors of the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital is a "public body" as defined by R.C. 121.22, popularly entitled the "Sunshine Law," and subject to the requirements of that statute.
