Plaintiffs in this case are 22 migrant farm workers who picked blueberries for defendant Brady Farms, Inc., a large blueberry growing operation located in Ottawa County, Michigan. Plaintiffs' amended complaint includes causes of action under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (FLSA), the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act, 7 U.S.C. § 2041, et seq. (FLCRA),
