OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

These are appeals from convictions for possession of more than four ounces of marihuana, where the punishment was assessed by the jury at five years' imprisonment for each appellant.

On appeal appellants contend the court erred in overruling their motion to suppress the alleged marihuana and in later admitting such evidence on the ground that the "license check" statute (Article 6687b, § 13, V.A.C.S.) was used...
