DUDLEY, Justice.
Appellants, Claudie Maples Forrest and Eugene Alexander, have consolidated their election contest cases for appeal. Each was a candidate for a separate position as alderman of the City of Earle in the 1984 general election. The trial court ruled that both candidates failed to state facts upon which relief could be granted. See ARCP Rule 12(b)(6). We affirm.
