The owners of a .62 acre tract on Lake Arthur in Jefferson Davis Parish brought a declaratory judgment action to declare a buy and sell agreement terminated, and for damages caused by the purchaser recording the buy and sell agreement after it had expired and creating a cloud upon the title.
