This diversity case presents the issues of (1) whether the district court properly concluded that the general liability insurance policy issued by the defendant insurance company to the plaintiff insured provided coverage for a libel claim brought against the insured, and (2) whether the district court properly awarded the insured $287,385.23 in attorneys' fees and costs incurred in defending against the libel action.
