Appellant was arrested by police while driving an automobile previously reported stolen from a parking lot operated by a car rental agency. About a month later, he was again found by police in possession of a different automobile belonging to the same agency. He was subsequently tried and found guilty by a jury on two counts of an indictment charging him with grand larceny,1 and on two counts charging him with unauthorized...
