This case is here on petition for further review of a court of appeals decision upholding Marion Town Board's decision not to renew the liquor license of appellant, E.T.O., Inc., d.b.a. "Fergie's Bar." The court of appeals had reversed an Olmsted County District Court order finding that the town board had improperly denied the liquor license.
