Shehab brought suit against Xanadu, Inc., Liberty Financial Corp., and Wayne Avis, seeking payment of commissions she claimed were due her from the sale of fifty or more units in a condominium project. The defendants moved for summary judgment, relying on a single point of law: that appellant was unable to recover commissions from the sale of real estate because she had failed to comply with the Real Estate License...
