Margaret R. Shehab brought suit against Xanadu, Inc., Liberty Financial Corp., and Wayne Avis, seeking payment of commissions she claimed were due her from the sale of fifty or more units in a condominium project. The defendants moved for summary judgment, relying on a single point of law: that appellant was unable to recover commissions from the sale of real estate because she had failed to comply with the Real Estate License...
