OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

Plaintiffs began this action for personal injuries suffered in a three-car automobile accident. Only the issue of liability was tried. The jury found defendant Neil Steffl 92% negligent and defendant Klosterboer 8% negligent. The trial court granted Klosterboer's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, finding that Steffl alone was negligent. We reverse and order judgment entered...
