This appeal concerns certain debts owed by the debtor, Curtis A. Kimzey, to First National Bank of Red Bud, Illinois. The bankruptcy court held that $4,447.47 of Kimzey's debt to the bank was nondischargeable in bankruptcy under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) and another $5,230.00 was nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
