The appellant sued Dr. Perfilio and the Community Health Center of South Dade, alleging that each was independently negligent in the treatment of the appellant's son, Larry, and that, additionally, through the application of the doctrine of respondeat superior, the Center was responsible for Perfilio's negligence.
