Billy Dean Wise, appellant, appeals from a judgment denying his petition for voluntary legitimation and managing conservatorship of his biological child, the subject of this suit. Original petitioners and prospective adoptive parents, Charles and Constance Nartker, brought suit to terminate the parent-child relationship as to both Laura Lee McLean, the natural mother of the child, and appellant, the biological father of the child...
