HARRISON, Justice.

Appellant, Kent Allen Sanderson, appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict of guilty of sexual intercourse without consent. The Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Carbon County, sentenced him to ten years on the one count. We affirm.
