The County of Hennepin appeals from a court of appeals decision that reversed a Hennepin County District Court default judgment in a parentage suit against Dennis Brinkman. The district court issued the default judgment, declaring Brinkman the father of a child born out of wedlock to Tammie Lea Bartlow, as a sanction for Brinkman's failure to appear for court-ordered blood tests. We reverse in part and affirm...
