PARKER, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered against appellant Louis Sudheimer as a sanction for failure to comply with discovery. In 1982 respondent Pamela Sudheimer sought judgment against appellant for child support arrearages. Appellant denied the arrearages existed in the amount claimed. He also moved to amend the parties' dissolution decree, claiming his child support obligation should be reduced because of a substantial change...
