Petitioner is a duly qualified dependent entitled to benefits under a health plan administered by the New York State Teamsters Council Health & Hospital Fund (Fund). As a result of injuries sustained by petitioner in an apartment fire, the Fund paid medical bills to the extent of $3,624.05, for which it has a lien on any recovery from a third party.
