OPINION

MOORE, Justice.

This case concerns the proper scope of judicial review of an arbitration award. After holding a trial de novo, the superior court determined that the arbitrator's exclusion of evidence during James Lees' arbitration was gross error and deprived Lees of his right to due process. We find that the court erred in the scope of its review of the arbitration award. Furthermore, we hold that Lees was afforded his right to a fair hearing...
