THIS CASE arises out of a trademark dispute over the ownership of the mark "La-Te-Da" (the mark). The facts as alleged in the Complaint, reflect that the Plaintiff, La Terraza De Marti, Inc., is the owner and operator of a restaurant/guesthouse in Key West, Florida which has come to be known as La-Te-Da.
