Wayne Gene Brown was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64. He pled not guilty and elected to be tried by a jury, which convicted him as charged. He was subsequently sentenced to serve twenty-five years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. He has appealed, alleging twelve assignments of error.
