This is an appeal from summary judgment entered in a declaratory judgment action to determine no-fault automobile insurance coverage. Respondent Kelsey's wife and daughter were killed in a collision while occupying an employer-owned vehicle. The employer's carrier, appellant Bituminous Casualty, paid benefits for Kelsey's wife.
