Following a bench trial, defendant, Robert Mathis, was found guilty of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a child. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 11-5(a)(1).) He was sentenced to one year's probation, the first 30 days to be served in the Cook County House of Corrections.
